Presentation abstract
If we want to improve patient experiences and outcomes, it is critical to develop a solution or software that delivers the right information to the right people at the right time. In addition, strong data analysis and a need for speed to impact healthcare delivery and improve patient experience are vital.

Brief biography
Piret Hirv is the Manager of Connected Health Cluster and the leader of the health-tech division in Science and Business Park Tehnopol.
She is an active and valued member in various international health technology networks, facilitating the development of healthcare services through the implementation of connected health solutions, supporting companies in finding suitable development partners, and also helping to find partners to scale up innovative solutions (also cross border). Prior to working at Tehnopol, Piret worked as an Advisor for E-Servies and Innovation at the Ministry of Social Affairs in Estonia, supporting the digital transformation processes in healthcare and innovation. She also took part in implementing Estonian EU Presidency eHealth policy program and was acting as a liaison officer for international organizations and networks coordinating cross-border healthcare-service activities.
Piret has a medical background: she is a trained nurse and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, she has experience in lobbying, being the former CEO of an organization specialized in development cooperation.
